UseIT was established in 2011 by Ben Hartmann. Following his studies in computer science in Germany and gaining experience across diverse roles in the IT industry, his journey led him to Africa in 2006, eventually settling in Malawi in 2010. He joined Beit Cure, an orthopedic clinic in Blantyre, as a contractor, primarily responsible for network management and IT infrastructure maintenance.

With the improvement in internet speed and reliability, the adoption of more cloud- based services increased. Clients began digitizing their business processes, leveraging technology to streamline, automate, and optimize various tasks and operations within their organizations.

However, the persistent challenge of securing fast, affordable, and reliable internet prompted the implementation of hybrid systems, operating both locally and in the cloud. Employee training became integral to operations, recognizing that even the best technology is ineffective without proper mastery.

With the adoption of cloud services, IT system security became an increasingly critical focus, leading in some cases to the implementation of complex security mechanisms.

Artificial intelligence holds the potential to entirely reshape how we work and live. Successfully implementing and managing this technology is crucial for ensuring a company's preparedness for the future.

The effective utilization of the large number of new technologies and options depends on both: Adapting the technology to user needs and providing comprehensive user training to unlock the full potential of these systems.
